TRADITIONAL
Our Traditional option does not have access to our online entry portal and therefore your show will not be visible on our website. The secretary does all of the data entry prior to the show and then the placements after the show.
The Traditional system also includes:
- Unlimited shows for the yearly fee (same club & secretary only).
- Optional send check-in sheets to exhibitors if show is pre-entered. Check-in sheets can be sent to ALL exhibitors with 1 click or to specific exhibitors.
HYBRID
Our Hybrid option includes access to our online entry portal but does NOT accept online payments. The exhibitor does the data entry saving time for the secretary and reducing possible entry errors. Your show is visible on our website along with your fee's and you can upload your show flyer (pdf) for exhibitors to view.
The Hybrid system also includes:
- Check-in sheets are automatically sent to the exhibitor within minutes of their entry submission.
- Exhibitors can make changes online and a revised check-in sheet is sent to the exhibitor within mintues of the changes.
- The secretary can view a log showing what changes an exhibitor made and they are date and time stamped.
- The secretary can "view" the show as exhibitors are entering online.
- A fee's list can be printed and used during check in to collect exhibitors entry fees.
- A "Purchase Products" option can be enabled which allows for exhibitors to add other products for purchase into their cart during entry submission. These itmes can include parking permits, banquet tickets etc.
Integrated
Our Integrated option includes access to our online entry portal and requires online payments. The exhibitor does the data entry, saving time for the secretary and reducing possible entry errors. Your show is visible on our website along with your fee's and you can upload your show flyer (pdf) for exhibitors to view. On average entry fees collected are available to the club in 3-days (bank hours/days) and transfer automatically to the clubs account. A payment tab in the secretary dashboard shows total fees collected as well as by exhibitor or by date.
The Integrated system also includes:
- Check-in sheets are automatically sent to the exhibitor within minutes of their entry submission.
- Exhibitors can make changes online and a revised check-in sheet is sent to the exhibitor within minutes of the changes. A log records all changes with a date/time stamp.
- A seperate receipt is emailed to the exhibitor.
- The secretary can "view" the show as exhibitors are entering online.
- A "Purchase Products" option can be enabled which allows for the exhibitor to purchase other items while entering. These items can include parking permits, banquet tickets, etc.
- Shows can choose the option to record placements and comments on a mobile device at the show. This creates not only a paperless show but show reports could go out as soon as BIS is picked.
- We pay all credit card processing and money transfer fees from our fee cost which is charge per entry/product purchased.
